RETURN POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Deposits paid cannot be refunded in case you change your mind -
please choose carefully and note our shipping times.
If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact us within 7 days of receipt on hello@cannahempcare.com.au.

PAYMENT METHOD
All payments can be made by credit card through our secure site or by EFT bank transfer.
When purchasing from Canna Hemp Care, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway. Card data is not hosted by Canna Hemp Care after processing.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We supply wholesale and bulk hemp seed and product as well as retail. We also ship internationally.
